  • There is a Zero tolerance policy for any violation regarding Covid-19 preventive measures.
  • Display posters at prominent places promoting hand-washing, respiratory hygiene and other preventive measures.
  • Conduct regular meetings and awareness sessions
  • Circulate regular e mails on Covid-19 prevention measures
  • Used all possible mediums for awareness such as company’s WhatsApp groups, SMS portals etc.
  • Take customers/ suppliers/contractors on board for prevention measures taken by the company
  • Avoid shaking hands while greeting each other
  • Only “Face Recognition” feature to be activated on Attendance devices (TIS). Fingerprint feature to be disabled immediately.
  • Implement Daily Temperature check (through temperature guns) at entrance to avoid and prevent any suspicious carrier within the facility. If anyone found with a low grade fever (i.e. a temperature of 37.3⁰C/99.14⁰F or more) , should be denied entry in the office premises.
  • Use of common towels must be avoided at all cost. Employees are advised to use their personal hand towels.
  • Avoid unnecessary crowd at work place and exercise safe distance between each other (at least 1 meter).

Make sure our workplaces are clean and hygienic

  • Surfaces (e.g. desks and tables) and objects (e.g. telephones, keyboards) need to be wiped with disinfectant regularly. Why? Because contamination on surfaces touched by employees and customers is one of the main ways that COVID-19 spreads (As per WHO).
  • Put sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the workplace. Make sure these dispensers are regularly refilled.

Make sure that staff, contractors and customers have access to places where they can wash their hands with soap and water

  • Why? Because washing kills the virus on hands and prevents the spread of COVID19

Ensure that face masks and / or paper tissues are available at your workplaces, for those who develop a runny nose or cough at work, along with closed bins for hygienically disposing of them 

  • Why? Because good respiratory hygiene prevents the spread of COVID-19
